Healthcare providers tell us they are frustrated with long-term binding contracts that allow for frequent price increases and don’t account for service. The Service Center offers an alternative. At The Service Center, we do not believe in long-term binding contracts. We feel that our customers should stay with us because they want to, not because they have to. Without such contracts, our customers can continually look at and evaluate our service and pricing which forces us to focus on maintaining high service levels and competitive pricing at all times.

In an effort to bring you the best oxygen cylinder service in the industry, we feel proud to offer you the first of its kind Cylinder Services Guarantee which includes the following:

Clean Cylinder Guarantee – We will clean your cylinders to ensure they are of the highest standard for patient use. If you hear a patient complain of dirty cylinders, we will donate $25 to the patient’s charity of choice.
Delivery Guarantee – You will receive our delivery when promised or it will be free and we will donate $50 to your charity of choice.
Zero Lost Cylinders Guarantee – If we lose even 1 of your cylinders, we will replace the cylinder and donate $50 to the charity of your choice.
